Works on member recruitment, engagement, and retention. Organizes events, conferences, marketing, and recognition initiatives to foster a strong community of early childhood professionals. Strengthens SDAEYC’s presence and value to members.
Professional Development

Supports the professional growth of early childhood educators through education initiatives, student engagement, and accreditation support. Provides guidance and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of members in the field.
Fundraising
